Day 01 — Arrival in Ulaanbaatar
Fly to Ulaanbaatar. Meet Bek’s team at the airport.
Drive to Edelweiss Hotel and settle in.
Overnight stay.
Meals: Dinner (depending on arrival time)
Day 02 — Fly to Olgii & Meet the Host Family
Morning flight from Ulaanbaatar to Olgii.
Have brunch in Olgii town.
Drive to Zoost Ereg Valley in Sagsai village.
Meet and stay with a Kazakh nomadic family.
Overnight in gers.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 03 — Begin the Winter Migration (Approx. 23 km)
Start moving with the herding family and Bek Travel support team.
Travel approximately 23 km to Taldibulak Valley.
Experience true nomadic migration across snowy terrain.
Overnight along the migration route.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 04 — Move to Sagsai Station (Approx. 20 km)
Continue the migration toward Sagsai Station.
Witness daily winter herding routines.
Arrive at the next campsite and settle in. Overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 05 — Move to Black Lake (Approx. 20 km)
Travel further with the family’s herd across white mountain valleys.Arrive at Black Lake and set up camp.Overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 06 — Reach Dayan Lake (Approx. 20 km)
Move toward Dayan Lake with the migrating families.This is where the family reaches their spring shelter—ending their winter migration.Overnight in gers.

Day 07 — Ski or Hike to Khuu Uy Station (Approx. 20 km)
Begin skiing or hiking ahead of the group (or drive with support vehicles if preferred).
Arrive at Khuu Uy Station near Dayan Lake.
Overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 08 — Ski or Hike to Shumek (Approx. 20 km)
Continue along the frozen lake to Shumek at the far end of Dayan Lake.Overnight in gers.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 09 — Continue to Tumba of Dayan Lake (Approx. 22 km)
Ski, hike, or drive along the lake’s edge toward Tumba.
Arrive at the next winter camp. Overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 10 — Return to Olgii & Cultural Evening
Drive back to Olgii town.
Enjoy a farewell dinner celebration.
Experience throat singing and a traditional Kazakh musical concert.
Overnight at hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 11 — Fly to Ulaanbaatar & Cultural Show
Fly from Olgii to Ulaanbaatar.
Have lunch in the city.
Attend the Tumen-Enkh Ensemble performance.
Dinner and overnight at Edelweiss Hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 12 — Departure from Ulaanbaatar
Transfer to the airport.
Fly home. End of the trip.

I have not ridden horses before? Can I ride in Mongolia?
Yes. We select horses suitable for your riding experience. You don't need any prior riding experience. If you have never ridden before our horse wrangler will guide your horse as well. Many of our guests have never ridden horses before. They loved the experience of riding in the open steppes.
Are there any additional costs?
No, There are no extra costs. We cover everything in the itinerary including meals, transportation, entertainment fees.
