Domestic flight schedules for October (festival period) are announced in March. Tickets must be booked immediately once released. Flight and Hotel prices increase sharply by 2-3X during the festival.

Day 01 — Arrival in Ulaanbaatar (Oct 01)
Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and meet Bek Travel staff.
Drive to Ramada Hotel and check in.
Evening: attend the Tumen-Enkh Ensemble traditional concert.
Dinner at Mongolian Nomads Restaurant.
Drive back to hotel.
Meals: Dinner provided
Day 02 — Fly to Khovd & Drive to Olgii (Oct 02)
Fly from Ulaanbaatar to Khovd.
Meet Bek Travel team and drive to Olgii.
Check in at Bek Travel’s hotel.
Kazakh family concert in the evening.
Visit the local black market.
Overnight in hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 03 — Golden Eagle Festival Opening Ceremony (Oct 03)
Attend the opening ceremony of the Golden Eagle Festival.
After the festival, attend the Festival Concert at the local theater.
Dinner and overnight at Bek Travel’s hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 04 — Festival Day 2 & Closing Ceremony (Oct 04)
Attend the full second day of the Golden Eagle Festival.
Closing ceremony in the evening.
Overnight at Bek Travel’s hotel in Olgii.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 05 — REAL Hunting Activities in Altantsogts (Oct 05)
Drive to Altantsogts village for two days of authentic eagle hunting.
Arrive at a Kazakh eagle hunter’s family home.
Enjoy a welcome “five finger’s ceremony.”
Ride horses into the mountains and accompany hunters for real hunting.
Overnight in Kazakh yurts.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 06 — More Hunting & Return to Olgii (Oct 06)
Continue REAL hunting activities in the morning.
Visit more eagle hunter families in the afternoon.
Farewell party and “goodbye five finger’s feast.”
Enjoy Kazakh dombira music and songs.
Drive back to Olgii and overnight at Bek Travel’s hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 07 — Fly Back to Ulaanbaatar (Oct 07)
Fly from Olgii to Ulaanbaatar.
Meet Bek Travel staff again and transfer to Ramada Hotel.
Overnight in hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
Day 08 — Departure (Oct 08)
Pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the airport.
Fly home.
Meals: Breakfast provided
